Hiiiiiii! I am Dana and I am obsessed with all things photography and connection! In 2015, when my youngest was born, my hubby had purchased a brand new “fancy” DSLR camera and I had absolutely no idea how to use it! After watching about 1,000 hours of YouTube tutorials, I learned about shooting in manual. I was so fascinated by the art of photography and there was no turning back! I am so grateful for photography because not only is it an awesome creative outlet for me, but it has also also given me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people! To me, Photography is about so much more than just clicking away on the camera, it is about telling YOUR story! I view myself as an artist who is also a storyteller. One of my main goals is to make your session a fun and memorable experience!

My style of shooting: I believe sessions should be full of fun, lots of movement, games, snuggles, cuddles and love. My style can be described as colorful, natural, authentic, candid, emotional, and focused on your connection. I am a lifestyle Photographer, meaning, I don’t take photos of everyone being stiff and looking into the camera and saying “cheese” but rather we create story-telling images that show your families personality, and you will leave with happy kiddos wanting to do it again!

About me: I was born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida. I am a mom of two boys and a girl and one fur-baby! They keep me busy. Family is EVERYTHING to me! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I went back to school in 2009 to become a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. I love learning new things and am a firm believer that you should never ever stop learning. I married my High School sweetheart and we have been married for 20 years now! I love wholeheartedly and forgive quickly. I am a dreamer and love adventure. I am an enneagram 7, which means I am ALWAYS planning my next trip! I am a tad bit silly and I love to laugh! I am super passionate about connection. I do not believe in holding grudges. I am a sucker for romance. I am a realist and an optimist.

My Favorite things: the beach, anything chocolate, the color yellow, roller skating, snuggles, Target, a clean house, Disney, shopping, traveling, reading, Diet Coke, candles, Netflix, pedicures, and music!
